Late Summer Wedding at Eaves Hall

A late summer wedding at Eaves Hall is always something I look forward to. Eaves Hall has wonderful gardens full of colour and in late summer, it’s the perfect backdrop for some beautiful wedding photos. I also love Eaves Hall as a venue, it’s a venue I visit often each year and I am lucky to have shot over 20 weddings there over the past 5 years. Eaves Hall is a beautiful looking building, with contemporary styling, fabulous food and a brilliant team on hand, so I always enjoy visiting.

An Emotional Groom

Hannah and Kai’s wedding all took place at Eaves Hall, starting with the bridal preparation in the Kemple Suite (the beautiful, large, light filled room on the first floor). It was a relaxed and easy going start to the day. Once ready, Hannah made the short walk down the staircase to the service room. Despite his best efforts, Kai couldn’t quite hold the emotion back. I love it when a groom shows emotion on his wedding day and Eaves Hall seems to be the venue that this happens at the most (check out Leah and Ryan’s Eaves Hall wedding for more groom emotion).

The Distance

With a beautiful sunny day, confetti was outside the main entrance before Hannah and Kai chatted to their guests in the glorious sun. With canapes and drinks everyone had a fantastic time outside Eaves Hall, all whilst being entertained by the magnificently talented musical duo, The Distance. This was the first time I worked the band and since then we have worked at a number of weddings together (in fact only a few weeks later we were at The White Hart in Lydgate). I highly recommend The Distance, they’re unbelievably talented and thoroughly nice people too. With brilliant speeches following the wedding breakfast it wasn’t long before the first dance started and the partying went on long into the night.
