Wedding at Eaves Hall

Leah and Ryan had their wedding at Eaves Hall back in August. It was my third visit to Eaves Hall in 2016 and I love shooting weddings there. My first wedding was Cara and Mike’s wedding at the end of 2015 and I quickly fell in love with Eaves Hall as a wedding venue.  It was the same for Leah and Ryan who also fell in love with Eaves Hall and decided it was the perfect venue for their wedding service and reception. Leah was getting ready in the bridal suite in the main hall. I started the day shooting the morning preparations with Leah and her team of bridesmaid

Unscripted, Real Emotion

Once Leah was ready and her father had seen her in the dress for the first time we made our way to the wedding service room. Ryan was waiting, looking very dapper in his suit from Whitfield and Ward and it was here I took one of my favourite wedding photos as Ryan saw Leah in the mirror and he wiped a tear from his eye as she walked up the aisle. This for me is the type of wedding photograph that I absolutely love. Completely unscripted, real emotion. Once married, Ryan and Leah headed outside to celebrate with their friends and family before a 20 minute walk around the gardens of Eaves Hall for the couple photos alongside James Wray. With the speeches and wedding breakfast complete and the cake cut, it was time for the first dance and the end of my day shooting Leah and Ryan’s wedding at Eaves Hall.
