Outdoor Wedding Service

Sammy and Rob took advantage of a rare sunny day in Saddleworth to have their outdoor wedding service at The Saddleworth Hotel. It was the first time I’ve photographed a wedding where the weather had been on board at The Saddleworth Hotel. I’ve shot plenty of weddings at The Saddleworth Hotel and most had originally planned for outdoor wedding service. Claire and Neal’s wedding was one that ended up inside thanks to the legendary weather in Saddleworth. However, Sammy and Rob had a lovely, clear spring day for their outdoor wedding in the stunning gardens at The Saddleworth Hotel. I really enjoy shooting weddings at The Saddleworth Hotel, it’s one of my favourite venues and it has so many stunning locations for beautiful wedding photos.

Wedding Photos in The Woods

As teh wind picked up after their wedding, Sammy and Rob were had their reception inside The Saddleworth Hotel. The light inside The Saddleworth Hotel helps creates some lovely documentary wedding images as I worked my way around the guests enjoying the canapes and drinks. For the couple photos we headed out into the woods at the back of The Saddleworth Hotel. This is a favourite area for me to shoot couple photos, it’s a dramatic setting and at times it looks like Sammy and Rob are in a Canadian forest. It’s a great area for stunning wedding photos. Sammy and Rob enjoyed a beautiful wedding breakfast (which I can vouch for as I was kindly fed three courses by the fantastic team at The Saddleworth Hotel) before their brilliant speeches and their first dance.
