Best Wedding Photography 2018 // James Tracey Photography
So that’s it, 2018 is done and dusted and as I say goodbye to my fifth full time year as a wedding photographer, it’s time for the annual ‘Best of’ round-up. This is less of a best of and more a 100 of my favourite wedding photos from 2018. I’ve included shots from almost every one of the 46 weddings I photographed this year and I’ve again focused on the moments that make me tick, the real moments, laughter, tears and hugs. Those will always be the parts of the wedding day that I enjoy photographing the most.
Old and New Venues
I’ve managed to visit some of my very favourite venues again this year and taken in a whole host of new venues. Eaves Hall once again tops the charts for my most visited in 2018. The race is on to see which venue will be the most popular for me in 2019. It was great to take in some brilliant new venues including Manchester Hall, Victoria Warehouse, Ashfield House, The Gilpin and Gisburn Park Estate and to return to the like of Knowsley Hall, The Saddleworth Hotel, Ashton Memorial and Peckforton Castle. Thank you to all the staff at all the venues I have worked at who have looked after me throughout 2018.
The Best Wedding Suppliers
2018 saw me working alongside the cream of the wedding industry on many of the weddings. It was great to work with familiar faces throughout the year and to meet some brilliant new suppliers. It’s always a pleasure to work with some of the very best suppliers in the wedding industry and again it’s a big thank you for making working in the wedding world so much fun. Anyway, enough from me, grab a brew, sit back and enjoy my best wedding photography of 2018…
