Wedding at Mottram Hall
Danielle and Tim’s wedding at Mottram Hall saw me return to one of Cheshire’s finest wedding venues. It was just over a year ago I shot Anna and Tom’s wedding at Mottram Hall and I was delighted to be back. Both Danielle and Tim were getting ready at Mottram Hall so I jumped between both sets of morning preparations. Danielle was calmness personified in the preparations and it was great to see Samantha Green on make up duties again after working with Samantha at Upper House last summer. Things were equally relaxed over in with the chaps who were quickly in their suits and heading to the bar for a little ‘livener’ before the wedding service.
Real Emotion
Once Danielle was in her dress she made her way down the stunning staircase at Mottram Hall to her waiting father John. John’s emotions won through and it was lovely to see such a magical moment between father and daughter as both unsuccessfully fought back the tears. I love it when the father of the bride shows his real emotion on the wedding day. John was the proudest man in the building as he walked Danielle up the aisle. It was a pleasure to work with the registrars from Cheshire East who were accommodating and great fun as always.
Ice Cream In The Sun
With the wedding service complete Danielle and Tim walked through the confetti into their reception in the gardens of Mottram Hall. With an ice cream van waiting for the guests and plenty of beer and prosecco flowing, the guests enjoyed the beautiful summer-like weather. The speeches were wonderful, with father of the bride John reminiscing emotionally about Danielle’s life (if was a really lovely speech) before Tim took over. The emotion was flowing as Tim also couldn’t hold back the tears as he spoke about his new wife. Best Man Tristan then delivered the perfect speech, with a hilarious speech that had the room in fits of laughter.
Warm Sunlight
With the sun setting Danielle and Tim joined me for their couple photos in the warm sunlight. Once the couple photos were finished we headed back inside Mottram Hall for the first dance and the evening reception. So here’s Danielle and Tim’s sneak peeks from their wedding at Mottram Hall.
